Events Partner has never let me down before, but this time, they came back to me only a day before the delivery with multiple changes, either due to damages or unavailability. This resulted in my having to go back and forth with my client on these changes, which doesn't resonate well with any client. I hope they take this feedback constructively, and seriously look into this issue, so that it doesn't happen again.
